My Approach

I believe in a person-centred approach to ADHD coaching. This means:
Truly listening: being fully present and focused on you as an individual.
Collaborating: We work together as partners.
Creating a safe space:  Built on trust, understanding, and freedom of thought.
Embracing individuality: There is no "one size fits all" in my coaching approach.

Living with ADHD can often feel like we are "just getting through life"- and my ultimate goal would be to help you learn how you can make it much more!

A little bit more about me

I have ADHD and struggle with remembering things (amongst other things), but I have always had an extraordinary memory when it comes to people's stories. So here I am, leveraging a lifelong interest of mine :)

  • I offer Zoom, phone, or in-person sessions based in Clifton, Bristol UK

  • Nature/walk-and-talk sessions

20-minute Phone Consultation is free of charge (book a free introductory call on the website)
